- Locate the row for the specific item.
- Find the "Action""Your Decision"
- Select "Approve""OK to Ship"
- The spreadsheet will automatically update the Status
Tip: Approved items can be grouped for consolidated shipping.

- In the same "Action""Reject""Request Return/Exchange."
- Immediately use the "QC Notes" column:
- This action alerts your SuperBuy agent, who will then communicate with the seller to initiate a return or exchange based on your notes.
The rejected item's row is often highlighted, providing a clear visual alert for follow-up.
